Rebecca has over 15 years experience in cake

 decorating and sugar craft, she is a complete

professional and has run a highly successful cake

 shop in Leicester. Now she has moved to

Plymouth she is on a quest to provide all

Plymouths weddings with her creative cakes, she

 hopes she can fulfil every bride and grooms

wedding cake dreams.

 

 

Rebecca first got into cake decorating when she

was 12 when visiting her Anty Margaret down in

Bath who was a keen cake enthusiast. It all

started with a little cake decorating book that was

 lent to her. Rebecca went into night school to

study and then to college where she gained her

 NVQ 2 in hospitality & catering, NVQ3 in

patisserie & confectionary, qualified as a craft

baker, level 1, 2 &3 in cake decoration

 & sugar flowers and completed her first

year teacher training course in order to

teach cake decorating classes in the near

future .
